01

Scope

TinyDone is developed by Zuzlan. This policy describes how the current version of TinyDone handles app data and how the developer handles related support correspondence. It applies only to TinyDone.

02

Data stored on your device

Tasks and app settings are stored locally on your device and used to provide the app’s functionality. TinyDone does not send this data to the developer’s servers or provide the developer with access to it. The current version has no user accounts or cloud synchronization.

Your operating system may include app data in a device or cloud backup, depending on your backup settings. These backups are managed through your operating system and platform provider, separately from TinyDone, and are not accessible to the developer.

03

Third-party services

The current version of TinyDone has no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting services, in-app purchases or subscriptions. It does not track activity across other apps or websites.

The developer does not sell personal information or share app content with advertisers.

Apple and Google may process information when you use their stores, operating systems or backup services. These services are covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy, respectively.

04

Support correspondence

When you contact the developer by email, the developer receives your email address, message and any attachments. This information is used to respond to your request and investigate reported issues.

General support requests do not require task lists or other app content.

Support email is hosted by Gmail. Google processes this correspondence as the email service provider under its Privacy Policy.

05

Data retention and deletion

App data. Tasks and settings remain on your device until deleted using the app’s available controls or your device’s app-data controls. Deleting local data does not necessarily delete a separate backup. Backups must be managed through your device or backup provider.

Support correspondence. Messages are retained only as long as needed to handle your request, resolve related issues and meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion using the contact address below. If information must be retained for a legal reason, the developer will explain this in the response.

06

Security and your rights

Protection of local app data depends on your device and operating system. Backup security depends on the provider and settings you use. Access to support correspondence is limited to handling requests and protected by the email provider’s access controls. No storage or communication system can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict its use. Requests concerning information sent to the developer can be submitted using the contact address below. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

07

Policy updates

This policy will be updated before changes to TinyDone’s data practices take effect. Any required notice or consent request will be provided.
