Linux-style keyboard layout switching for Windows.
Instead of cycling through layouts in a fixed order: 1 → 2 → 3 → 1 → 2 → 3
MRU Layout switches to the previously used layout first: 1 ⇄ 2
and only reaches the third layout when you continue cycling while holding Win.
